Meet The Face Behind TH!NK Smart Security

I’m Eric Davis, proud owner of TH!NK Smart Security.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I have been in the security industry since September 2013 when I started my company, shortly after the birth of my second child.

In the past, the companies I worked for were so focused on the dollar that they forgot their client’s needs in the process. I started TH!NK Smart Security with the thought of putting our clients first so they would become our largest sales force. It was the best move I ever made.

Over the years, I have noticed that we have grown significantly from our small startup. While still not a large company we strive each year to address the things we could do better while focusing on the things we do well.

Before TH!NK, I used to travel a lot because of my work. Now, I enjoy the flexibility and family time that TH!NK offers me. I also like being able to employ veterans, to know their situations, and give them an opportunity to provide for their families.

To help our clients in the best way possible, we strive to stay on top of their needs and the latest technologies in security. To understand what our clients need precisely, we don’t assume that the latest security system will solve their problems. Clients don’t know everything about security, and we do not know everything about their security issues, at least not until we hear them out and recognize their needs accordingly.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my integrity, honesty, and hard work. I attribute my business success to doing what we say we will and not gouging our prices.

All the times we assisted the police with information to quickly apprehend suspects have given me immense satisfaction over the years. Ensuring people complete security in whatever ways we can add to the joy of doing this job every day.

I can never get enough of family time. That’s why when I am not at work, my family takes ups most of my free time. The gift of giving is very important to me. That’s why, two years ago, I started ‘Think’sGiving’ as a way to give back. We have been able to provide Christmas to children who might not have otherwise been able to have one. I plan on doing more for the community with time, ‘Think’sGiving’ is only the first step.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
